The firm is led by our Executive Committee, comprised of:

Philippe Michel, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, who has over 30 years of experience in accounting, international investment management and research analysis. Prior to joining Vendis Partners in 1997, he was a senior partner at KPMG.

André Simon, Director, who has been at Vendis Partners for over 24 years and has 29 years of experience in debt restructuring and equity research analysis. Prior to joining Vendis Partners, Mr. Simon was an investment manager at Credit Lyonnais.

Nicolas Caron, Director and Head of Operations, who has been at Vendis Partners for over 17 years and has 20 years of experience in international investment management and investment banking. Prior to Vendis Partners, Mr. Caron was an investment banker at Paribas.
